As a Standard Assistant, your role is to provide support to the Company Standards Manager, with an additional support role for the Field Ops assistants, ensuring efficient, friendly, and timely service delivery. You will collaborate with other field ops agents and Asilia staff members.
This job description serves as your guide to achieving these objectives by outlining your daily duties and responsibilities.

Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, processing invoices, handling LPOs, and managing cash imprests.
2. Follow up on existing orders and ensure the timely delivery and quality of items.
3. Communicate with suppliers and source items specified by the Standards Manager.
4. Travel to local craft markets, suppliers, and Asilia camps as needed.
5. Assist field ops in areas such as administration, procurement, and logistics.
6. Distribute Style & Standard related items to camps.
7. Create and maintain inventory lists of style and standard items, including furniture, décor, and linens.
8. Collaborate with vendors to source and procure products and materials that meet our standards.
9. Assist with shop items, including printing codes, adding price tags, and packing for camps.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
– Possess a valid driver’s license.
– Flexibility and the ability to travel to camps regularly.
– Able to use a tape measure accurately.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lodge operations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
