Role Highlights:


We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, someone who can energize and drive the success of Bolt Business. As a sales superstar with a history of outstanding results, you will need to be motivated, confident, and ambitious. This role offers exciting growth potential and a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving environment.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage your sales pipeline: prospect, lead meetings/negotiations, and close deals with business stakeholders across various industries.
  • Negotiate and close deals, focusing on daily interactions with clients to secure deals and generate new revenue for Bolt.
  • Proactively sell Bolt Business solutions to SMEs and mid/large-sized businesses.
  • Achieve growth targets and surpass sales goals with an uncapped commission scheme.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Develop major clients, ensuring the successful settlement of won deals before handing them over to the account management team.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team, contributing essential insights on Bolt Business solutions.
  • Present sales and revenue forecasts to the management team, keeping them informed of progress and successes.
  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts to ensure a proactive response to industry changes.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 4+ years of successful B2B Sales experience, with a proven history of negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
  • Hunter mentality, driven to win and close deals daily.
  • Organized and process-driven, possessing extensive knowledge of B2B sales techniques.
  • Self-starter capable of building and managing their own pipeline of opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language, with a strong, confident personality.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise in selling business services to SMEs and large businesses.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce would be advantageous).
  • Previous experience in onboarding clients and account management with larger signings is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem solver with a sense of ownership.
