Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of targeted Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Improvement Plans and associated support documents.
• Ensure alignment of H&S activities with approved Plans.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with management representatives, Company, and Partners.

  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate and a minimum of 10 years of Project HSE exposure.
• Proven experience in pipeline construction projects.
• Familiarity with contractor evaluations and bidding processes.
• Demonstrable management-level experience as an H&S Lead/Manager.
• Ability to work effectively in remote locations.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining an HSE program in a Brownfield environment.
• Over 10 years of exposure to Greenfield and Brownfield Project environments in developing countries.
• Capability to comprehend the Project and its specific H&S requirements.
• Proficient in facilitating incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies.
